The dental comprehensive treatment chair is one of the essential medical equipment in dentistry, and modern dental chairs are mainly designed for comfort, convenience, hygiene, and other aspects. The dental comprehensive treatment chair is a device that integrates water, electricity, and gas. It is generally divided into connected and split types, with connected dental chairs being the main type, and there are differences between external and internal floor boxes. Therefore, the decoration design of the clinic in the early stage and the daily maintenance of the equipment in the later stage will directly affect the integrity and service life of the equipment.
1. Preliminary pipeline design
The following mainly introduces the tooth chair with built-in floor box in the connected type.
The dental chair with built-in floor box has higher requirements for pipeline layout, as the inlet and outlet water and air pipes are fixed on the dental chair floor and cannot be moved. Therefore, after confirming the placement position of the dental chair, the pipeline position measurement is carried out and the preliminary design of the pipeline is completed. The front end of the chair foot pad needs to have a certain distance from the wall, which can be adjusted according to the actual situation of the outpatient department. Before embedding the water pipe, decide whether to install a water filter at the water source according to the local water quality to avoid affecting the service life of the water filter of the dental comprehensive treatment chair. In terms of gas supply, when there are many dental chairs, central gas supply can be chosen to ensure continuous and stable air pressure, in order to meet normal working requirements.
2. Installation of the machine
The dental comprehensive treatment chair mainly consists of a patient chair, a doctor chair, a main and auxiliary control operating panel, a surgical lamp, a side box, a floor box, and a foot pedal. Nowadays, dental chairs are mostly installed and shipped out, so after arriving at the clinic, you usually only need to install surgical lights and connect water and electricity. When connecting water and gas pipes, it is necessary to determine which water and gas pipes are clearly connected to avoid wrong pipes, which will lead to abnormal operation of the machine and affect the service life. As shown in the figure below, those with dial plates are generally pressure gauges, which are connected to gas pipes, and the other valve body is a water filter, which is connected to tap water.
After connecting the water and electricity, the air pressure gauge shows that the air pressure reaches around 0.6Mpa, and the debugging process of the entire machine can begin. When the phone is used for the first time, it is necessary to drop lubricating oil into the phone to avoid damaging the bearings, and then adjust the corresponding air pressure knob of each rack to reach the appropriate working pressure. High speed mobile phones should be maintained at around 0.25Mpa, and low speed mobile phones should be maintained at around 0.3Mpa. The specific working pressure can be adjusted according to the different phones used to start normal use.
